Level 1
Acquaint oneself with ActiveBase

On level 1, the ergonomic desk seat and base are fixed. The ActiveBase dynamic seat acts on the correction of your sitting posture.

Lever 2
Improve your skills with the unstable chair

At level 2, the ergonomic desk seat is active and the base is fixed. The ActiveBase muscles the lumbar chain and the abdominal muscles.

Level 3
Getting stronger with the ActiveBase

On level 3, the ergonomic seat is fixed and the base is dynamic. In this proprioception exercise, the ActiveBase exercises a sit-up and strengthens all your lower muscles: legs, calves, thighs and ankles.

 

Level 4
Mastering the ActiveBase unstable chair

In level 4, the seat is active and the base dynamic. For this proprioception exercise, the ActiveBase ergonomic desk seat works in depth on the back, quadriceps and abdominal muscles.
