GETTING STARTED
DISCOVER THE SETTINGS AND 4 LEVELS OF ACTIVE SEATING
Settings
Adjustments are simple, but they need to be made carefully to ensure that your ergonomic stool is used properly.
1 - SEAT HEIGHT
The correct seat height is at the top of your knees
2 - TIGHTENING THE SPINDLE
Open and turn the lever (A) while holding the ring nut (B). Regularly check that the clamp is tight
3 - UPPER MOBILITY ADJUSTMENT
Turn the upper cone anti-clockwise for greater mobility
4 - LOWER MOBILITY ADJUSTMENT
Turn the lower cone anti-clockwise to raise it for greater mobility.
The 4 positions
Explore the different levels to revitalise your sitting time and take full advantage of its benefits.
Level 1
Getting to know ActiveBase
Seat rotation and leg rotation are locked.
The ActiveBase dynamic seat corrects your sitting posture.
Level 2
Discover dynamic seating
The seat rotates dynamically and the base is locked. This helps to strengthen the lumbar and abdominal muscles. You can easily and precisely adjust the range of movement of the seat.
Level 3
Increased mobility
The seat rotation is locked and the foot rotation is dynamic. You can do a sit-up and strengthen all your lower muscles: legs, calves, thighs and ankles. You can easily and precisely adjust the range of movement of the base.
Adjust the settings according to the desired instability.
Level 4
Seat 100% dynamic
The seat and base are dynamic. At this level, you work on the back, quadriceps and abdominal muscles. You can easily and precisely adjust the range of movement of the seat and base.
Adjust the settings according to the desired instability.
